It was just so good to meet with Jacqueline at the rocks market in Sydney. We tasted her amazing Australian made products as well as being entertained. We bought the gift pack of the Caribbean Jerk marinade and the seasoning. They are such great products with a fair hit of chilli but not overwhelming. First use tonight on bbq steak and we were delighted.

What beautiful spices! Love love them! So fresh and easy to use. As well as the Jerk spices the Summer hot sauce is amazing too.
This rub is amazing. I even use it in my marinade for flank steak. My daughter is heading to the markets this weekend so I'll be getting some more. I might give the marinade a go as well.
This is the best rub I have ever used for chicken. A little goes a long way - highly recommend.
